TREZO SU2 Drum dryer for tobacco

We designed this drying unit with a focus on ease of operation and high efficiency. 

The drying process utilizes hot air, supplied by a heater located outside the drying drum. 

This eliminates the risk of the material igniting during the hot-air drying process; furthermore, this method brightens the tobacco and increases its volume. 

The drum is equipped with adjustable vents to regulate heat dissipation, and internal mixing elements ensure the material is lifted and loosened. 

The drum is driven by a 1.1 kW, 400V electric motor paired with a 1:100 gear reducer, resulting in a rotation speed of 7 RPM.
