Drum drier-evaporators for tobacco TREZO SU2P12 for thermal treatment of various types of tobacco leaves.

A professional device that functions as both a dryer and a steamer. 

 The dryer is designed for ease of use and high efficiency. 

It lightens the color of tobacco and increases its volume. 

The drying process utilizes hot air supplied by an oil-fired heater located outside the drying drum; this setup prevents the contents (herbs, tobacco leaves, etc.) from spontaneously combusting. 

 The drum features additional vents to regulate the release of excess heat. Internal mixing paddles loosen the material while also reinforcing the drum’s structure, thereby extending its service life. 

 The dryer-steamer is engineered to reach a pressure of 6 atmospheres in minimal time—just 10 minutes per steaming cycle, which is 30 minutes faster than the previous version. 

The steamer is heated by a burner with an adjustable output. 

When filled to capacity, the steamer tank holds approximately 50 liters, sufficient for 5–6 steaming cycles. 

Steam is distributed throughout the drum via dual stainless-steel pipes with precisely spaced apertures, ensuring that the steam reaches every part of the load to eliminate bacteria and other unwanted substances. 

The temperature of the steam delivered to the drum ranges from 70 to 90 degrees Celsius. 

The machine is equipped with four steel wheels with rubber tires, making it easy to transport. 

Efficient and thorough mixing of the material being dried is ensured by a drum rotated by a 1.1 kW, 400V electric motor equipped with a 1:50 gear reducer, resulting in a rotation speed of 14 RPM; the drum is capable of rotating in both directions.
